My Mum was a dressmaker, so I grew up with a house full of dress patterns. This was my first exposure to drawing. The simple lines and stylish figures. I think the patterns were called Simplicity Patterns. This is a wood carving etched into a wooden board with a router and completed with paint and colored resin.
